I signed up, how do I get ebook files of books and case studies sent to my device?
If you have a Kindle device, we can actually send the file directly to your device. And every new case study will be sent to your Kindle account automatically. Please email [email protected]. Make sure to include your kindle email address, and make sure to give [email protected] and [email protected] access to send files to your device. Follow these instructions to do so.

I’m having trouble signing up as a member, can I have help?

Can you describe your security practices?
We take security very seriously. We, like you, expect our data to be secure and confidential at all times, and we go to great lengths to ensure that this is always the case. We conduct regular security reviews of our platform and our infrastructure to ensure that customer data is always completely secure.

Where are your data centers located?
Our community servers are located in Digital Ocean's AMS data centers in Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Our blog server is located in Digital Ocean's NYC data centers in New York City, United States. The site is staffed 24/7/365 with onsite security and to protect against unauthorized entry. Each site has security cameras that monitor both the facility premises as well as each area of the datacenter internally. There are biometric readers for access as well as at least two factor authentication to gain access to the building. Each facility is unmarked so as not to draw any additional attention from the outside and adheres to strict local government standards.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept most major credit and debit cards such as Visa, Mastercard or American Express. We do not accept PayPal or wire transfers at present.

How do I update my credit card details?
To change the card used for your subscription go to your billing settings area and click on the button to update your payment information.

Do memberships automatically renew?
Yes. Memberships automatically renew yearly, depending on your billing preference.

Are prices inclusive of all taxes and charges?
The price you see on our join page is the exact USD price you will be charged. Some banks do charge a foreign currency transaction fee if they are outside of the USA. This can be easily avoided by paying annually, so you only have to pay the bank's fee one time instead of twelve times!

How do I cancel my account? Can I have a refund?
To cancel your account, edit your subscription and change your plan from active to "Cancel" — that's all there is to it! If you need any help just email us on [email protected]. We do not offer refunds.
